BPC Capital Exchange

Secondary Liquidity for a Private Asset Class

The BPC Capital Exchange allows existing unit holders to re-offer their investment to other qualified wholesale investors — creating a liquidity pathway that does not exist anywhere else for direct SME equity.

How It Works

01
List Your Units
Registered unit holders can post a listing inside their investor portal — describing the units, indicative price, and any relevant information.
02
Qualified Buyers Browse
Other approved wholesale investors can view listings. To access deal-specific information, they must execute a Confidentiality Agreement.
03
Express Interest
Interested buyers submit an expression of interest. BPC Capital is notified and reviews the buyer's accreditation.
04
Introduction & Offline Settlement
BPC Capital facilitates the introduction. Parties negotiate and transact offline. BPC Capital manages the unit register update and transfer documentation.
Important Note

The BPC Capital Exchange is a private matching service only. No money moves through the platform. All settlement is conducted offline between the buyer and seller, facilitated by BPC Capital and the relevant legal advisers. The Exchange does not constitute a financial market for the purposes of the Corporations Act.
